W.: Von G. und B. gespalten, vorn ein # aufgerichteter, nach Aussen gekehrter Bär, hinten w. Querbalken. Den Schild deckt eine adlige Krone. Ob mit Obigem der 1745 bei Kesselsdorf gefallenen Kurf. Sächs. Generalmajor und Generalquartiermeister Friedrich Christian v. N. (auch Neubour geschrieben) verwandt war, ist ungewiss.
