W.: Der R. - Freiherrnstand datirt (nach dem Frhl. Taschenbuch 1856) v. J. 1664. Eben dasselbe sagt p. 384 Das Stammwappen sei ein g. Passionskreuz in #, im gräfl. Taschenbuch, dagegen wird behauptet, dass das Feld mit der Spize das Stammwappen sei. In Manuscripten des kürzlich verstorbenen bekannten Historikers u. Sprachforschers v. Lassberg habe ich das Wappen gewöhnlich der Art gesehen: Schild getheilt, oben in # ein g. Kreuz, unten in S. eine r. Spize.
