Analyse this blazonPer chevron sable and or, in chief two crosses patée fitchée of the second, and in base a negro’s head couped facing to the dexter proper, and as an augmentation (H. Coll., 9 Sept. 1918) a chief or, thereon a pale sable, charged with a palmer's staff and scrip of the first, between to the dexter a lion, and to the sinister a ‘bear both passant of the second.
